Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: April 2026

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened oils
  • Used soaps
  • Ghee once opened

3. Refund Process

  • After approval, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be credited via the original payment method (Razorpay)

4. Replacement

Replacement will be provided for damaged or incorrect products.
